What is remarkable about this group of youngsters and misfits is the

confidence with which they are playing, the trust they clearly have in each other, and the aura that they give that they know they are a good team, but for now are happy doing it under the radar.

Some of that is down to the player mentality (which is also a result of great scouting beyond the obvious footballing abilities) but a big part of that is extremely good man management.

Still think this project has a couple of years to run but I’m excited and getting a bit of a man crush on this group. Let’s face it, apart from the kids the majority of the rest of them had essentially been told their careers were stagnated, or were languishing in lower leagues. It’s remarkable what Farke has done in building their confidence and trust in each other.
