not that simple
depends on the handset you think best suits your needs
- might be cheaper to buy as payg on a network then sim unlock through ebay
- might be better to buy from a 'main' establishment like cpw which sell all payg handsets (bar iphone) unlocked so just dont use their sim
- might be worth buying from abroad (amazon.fr or aliexpress / gearbest)
find the phone you want, then you can find where it is cheapest / best for you
if you want some help finding a handset, say what you have now and what you want the new one to be / do better than your current
