I did it myself, then factory reset the thing. Then took the sim out and did it, you know the drill...

Then I rang and was told the same thing again

Now I'm reading reviews of people not getting service for weeks on end

I'll plug the free o2 sim the shop gave me and go back to a network with some standard service
