They switched it didn't they? I think i read that the ODIs were originally

going to be after the test matches but then they switched them to before at quite late notice, presumably to fit in some other tour or matches somewhere else.

Its why Plunkett isn;t there because he thought October was a free month and arranged his wedding or something else of a personal nature for this month.
