No idea on delivery location.

Top notch customer service, no quibble on returns or damaged items.

Good quality food but sometimes items out of stock for quite a while (might be just us!)

They have Waitrose brands and Ocado brands, so not everything is expensive.

Pricing ok and on a par with others.
