ah, but to get a manager who does all those things well
we'd have to go through all the bother and unpleasantness of sacking Mr Worthington, interviewing new candidates, making a decision on one of them etc.
Clearly much more comfortable to stick with the one we have. He get us promoted, you know. And we've got lots of season ticket holders.
