we hadn't scraped three undeserved wins in our last three home games we would have come bottom by miles. We can whinge about the Johnson dive all we like but the fact is we didn't deserve to win that game. They pummelled us in the second half because of the classic Worthy problem - we are totally incapablle of retaining possession of the football (and thus control of the game) when ahead due to the gutless (and clearly instructed) tactic of dropping the midfielders alonside the central defenders. We only won one game by more than one goal because as soon as we went ahead we basically stopped making any attempt to score.
