Football is still a decade or more behind the rest of the world in terms of management styles but Keane is from a different age entirely.

60s/70s might have been a time when this sort of bullying in the workplace sorted "wheat from chaff" and got results without any thought for the fallout of collateral damage but in most other workplaces these dinosaurs have long been extinct.

Keane probably isn't the only proponent but is high profile.
