The "building the team" bit is the key that's missing. You never have time to faf
about, because players will leave unpredictably, not just when it suits the club. It's the one area where I think this structure (DoF + Head Coach) may be weak. The coach will be thinking longer term, about bringing players on and improving fitness etc., but someone needs to focus on the team aspect. So far, I can't see that Farke is doing it, or not doing it well enough.
