released into our possession because it had a different model number on the front than in the paperwork. Apparently they had to wait because there was no budget for the extra administration. Our lawyer kindly offered to donate the "extra costs" to the people concerned and all proceeded as you were.

Ended up stuck in Belgrade for 2 weeks with only 4 days cash in Deutschmarks. Right in the middle of the 6 nations. Bastards.
