I think you can more or less divide this league into five separate tiers

Leeds, obviously, are top of Tier 1 - in fact, they're almost mid-table Prem quality. We're Tier 3: the epitome of mid-table. But there's more chance of us sliding towards Tier 4 (relegation battlers) than moving into play-off contention.

Yes, we're doing some nice things at times. But there's no final ball - and again, playing with four at the back is asking for trouble against a side with this much counter-attacking threat.

It's more attractive than last season, yes. But there's no sign it's more effective than last season. I think it's all a bit dopey; and as usual, soft. It's not just mistakes separating us from the best sides; it's more fundamental than that.
