An interesting question

I have never had physical contact with a pair of silicone-enhanced ones (though I gather that saline is the new silicone; supposed to feel more natural). If well done, they do LOOK splendid though.

I have a friend who is a leading cosmetic surgeon. He tells me that the latest technique for breast enlargement is to make an incision in the belly-button and then slide the implant up to the breast. That was you end up with no scars under the breast itself.

I read a very amusing piece the other day on the archaeologists of the 25th century excavating graveyards in Los Angeles and deciding that it must have been some weird burial ritual to place two small bags of silicone on the chest of women when they were buried!
