It may be the only thing that could secure your job. Playing the same out trollop week in week out is pointless, by finishing with a late rattle into even 7th, the season will be looked upon as a failure. Atleast finish 16th and give Hendo, JARVIS IN PARTICULAR et al the opportunity that they deserve. Jarvis clearly has bundles of natural talent, so unwrap his cotton f---ing wool and chuck him in.

What is the point in him sitting in our reserves for the rest of his days?? He needs first team football as he's a confidence player. Should be perform miracles between now and end of season, might even get a tidy sum for him which would be disapointing, but better than paying his wages to play in meaningless games midweek infront of a garden full of people!!
