Match Parking - what time does the Lower Clarence Road car park fill up for evening games?

County Hall has become financially ridiculous, need to find alternatives.

I sometimes do Lakenham street parking for evenings from 6.30, unless they’ve changed it?

Any current local knowledge appreciated, cheers Wrathers
