When picking a football team to win a football match

As a coach I think it’s important to pick players in their correct positions to do the job you need the players to do. You don’t always pick the best 11 players in the club, put them on the pitch and expect them to win.

This is why today Tettey is playing, clearly he’s our best defensive midfielder, he’s nowhere near as good on the ball as Leitner but he gives us protection. This is why Steipermann starts today, as a left footer I think he will give us natural width, he also can assist Husband defensively. If McLean was to ply out there he’s more of an attacking player. I guess Paslack is either carrying an injury or Farke doesn’t think he is quite ready for a Championship away match?
