Who do I ask for site changes - got a request to make.

Would like a link to change the colors to monochrome as everytime my work pals walk past my desk they say something like:-

"You lookin at that carrot-cruncher site again"
"Didn't know you liked Brazil"
"Your manager is crap"
"I see you got stuffed again this weeked..."
"Why don't you give up and support West Ham"
"Is Tony Martin out yet..."

etc
