By the way "Brits" aren't all home grown as I understand the rule. Welsh are, Scottish are

not (if they spent their development years at a Scottish club). This is because the Welsh League is associated with the English League (apparently) but the Scottish is not.

Hanley counts because he spent 3 continuous years at Blackburn before his 21st birthday.
