that in 4 years these players will be the ones with the experience to take the next step in the big matches. The aim wasn't so much to win this tournament as to see how far we can go, while blooding new, young talent. And almost certainly going out to Brazil or Germany in the QF.
Just that the way the draw opened up, meant that this was possibly THE opportunity. Not the best timing really. If only we would have had this kind of draw in 2002 or 2006.
