I think you can see who is the better Manager and motivator. Neither are great tactically, but ID gets everything out of his players - who says their squad is better than ours? - Not me. A lot of it is down to "no excuses - it's all about winning". Contrast that to the bulls**t nice guy eddie stuff churned out last year whilst bowing and scraping at old trafford, anfield and the pathetic excuses when we lose and maxing up every win against terrible sides, Derby Bright etc...
