well i think so , every world cup / Euro championship has been watched during the summer , down the pub in your shorts , beer gardens at half-time , scenes on TV / photos in newspapers of fanzones with everybody in shorts and T shirts
Not at the next world cup middle of Nov to middle Dec ,
