Two teams - two years apart - how different can they get

Nearly Two Years Ago:
Football League Championship
C Palace 1 - 0 Norwich

Norwich: Green ,Edworthy ,Mackay ,Fleming ,Shackell ,Mulryne ,Gary Holt ,McVeigh ,Henderson ,Huckerby ,Svensson

Yesterday:
Football League Championship
C Palace 4 - 1 Norwich

Norwich: Green ,Drury ,Fleming ,Doherty ,Rehman ,Safri ,Robinson,Huckerby ,Johansson,Thorne,Earnshaw

So we had 4 players starting yesterday from the Champonship winning side - 5 players are new this season and 2 have only been at Norwich less than two seasons

Somehow in two years we have gone from having a core team that had played toegther for a while and wanted the same thing to something seemingly completely different
