It's a case of contaminated recreational drugs, coupled with a hysterical over-reaction from the authorities. But... why are the establishment media not even mentioning the the proximity of Porton Down and Winterborne Gunner? After all, as the Chester thing sadly demonstrates, it's not inconceivable that a rogue employee could do terrible things.
