Charlton has to be offloaded. It would be harsh to release Ryan Jarvis as he hasn't had many chances, but he seems to be injury prone, and hasn't set the world on fire when he's played, but he couldn't do a worse job than Thorne is at the moment.
And yes - if Plymouth offer again, we should bite their hands off and flog Jarrett. We need to get rid of some CMs so we can get some new ones in.
