Hard to say but I would seriously use one of the online listing agents to save paying a
shead load of commission. I’ve been using a great setup called The Norfolk Agents who are Fakenham based and do either an upfront fee to get you on RightMove/Zoopla etc or they will do a really low commission on sale fee. Google them, ask for Ross or Laura, nice folk. They know North Norfolk very well having worked for Sowerbys before.if you’re happy to do the viewings then the upfront fee is the cheapest option.
