I think if you google Barcelona on this site you’ll find a long thread about Barcelona.
It was a big one some years ago, useful guidance.
I’d say, go up the Montjuïc if the weather’s nice, see some Miró if you like modern art, eat something from la Boquería market, and have a drink round the Placa del Pí. Also maybe a day out down the coast at Tarragona.
