Not a Worthy Problem

Trouble lies with a Board who are simply paralyzed to make a strong decision. For a group who appear to be very foward thinking for off the field matters this Board appears to have NO understanding of the footballing side of the club. This club cries out for a Director of Football position to bridge the gap between Boardroom and manager. Currently it seems like they are afraid to ruin a friendship between themselves and Nigel. Not a productive relationship in my mind. I blame Nigel only from the standpoint of his s**tiness. This disaster of a season lies with the Board.
