A shame, but the right thing for us and him I think

He needs to move to fulfil his potential. He’s not doing that with us and I can’t really see it ever truly happening for him with us.

Personally, I don’t think he’ll do particularly well for Cardiff. He’s fast, but his end product is generally poor, with occasional flashes of brilliance.

The main problem is his decision making, he seems to make the wrong one all too often, and I think that’s something that can’t be coached into someone. It’s what sets quality players apart from good ones.
