is flowing precisely from the club and reflects their attitude.

For a club like us in the championship top 6 should be our aim every season and top 6 should be a realistic aim. If that is no longer the case then their new model is not what we need/going to work.

For what its worth if we can get a decent striker in and this Argentinian guy turns out to be decent I think this squad (even minus Madders) supplemented by a couple of loans has enough about it to finish top 6. We still have some very good, technically gifted players and a good blend of youth and experience.

We were linked with that Nketia from Arsenal on loan a while back and i think he would be just what we need although their new manager coming in plus the player banging a few goals in for the England U21s may have changed things there.
