So Madders out for £22m+ and Buendia and McClean in for under £2m

Time will tell if brilliant business or cost cutting cheapskate type behaviour I suppose.

I think our midfield is reasonably well stocked so i can live with not spending too much of any Madders cash on midfielders but the one area I do feel we need to splash out and make a "Hanley" type signing is up front. Its no coincidence that with Hanley we spent decent money on a proven player and we got a good player. We need a similar signing up front this summer rather than relying entirely on budget signings coming good.
