so many Iranian fans. Everybody apart from the Americans were Iran fans that day. Oh how we laughed.

And then, although I think it was a few days before, was the day when every Dubliner was Tunisian for a couple of hours. Michael Owen’s day-boo I believe. I think it’s the last time we played them? I think we won 2-0 or suffern. The office were let out for two hours on a Friday lunchtime to watch it. Can you imagine the state they (we) were all in for Friday afternoon?
