Often amongst the favourites and indeed potentially more inclined to take the job than others. If Warne continues to do well at Rotherham he will be seen as an up and coming young manager and you would think the type of manager who would be linked with our vacancy and he may be more inclined to move to Norfolk than some others due to family links/affinity with the club etc.
I agree makes no difference in terms of whether they are ultimately successful.
