In terms of their philosophy or trying to succeed then yes

They owners have had them up for 3 years now, comfortably surviving. They have rebuilt their ground at the same time and are putting loads of money into state of the art training facilities. They sack their manager when they feel its necessary to ensure they stay up or don;t go into decline.

Not sure what the issue is with their philosophy?
