As long as he didn't tear it by attempting that tackle. You never know with
knee ligament tears. Some never come back the same especially from ACL tears. Others are up and literally as good as new in a few months. Others with completely destroyed ACLs manage to train the muscles around it and compensate but only some people are able to do that. And then I've far too often seen them come back and tear the opposite ACL because of the overcompensation - it's really really important how they handle the first practices and game or two psychologically.
Good news is that if it is a tear then the surgery is far more advanced now than it was a few years ago, and of course he will have a top surgeon and rehab team.
Let's just hope it wasn't that serious. Any news on Cantwell ? His looked quite similar.... Would be f**king typical to have the both injured.
