Don't be so bloody blinkered. Given the financial
situation handed to him and Webber by the incompetence of McNally/Moxey and Neil I think they've done a reasonable job. Lost half a very experienced squad, peanuts to spend. Look elsewhere if all you can do is blame. McNally left like some sort of hero but who is to blame for the contracts of the likes of Naismith currently hanging over the club.
