Net transfer spends..

14/15 -27 M
15/16 +8 M
16/17 -17 M
17/18 -30 M

So they have a net spend of -68M over the past 4 season and wonder why they are now struggling.
Selling your best players and replacing them with cheaper options is a hard task.
The problem I have is they had PL money all this time so should have at least spent this 68M.

At least we spent everything we had to try and improve the team.
