He was injured a lot early on. Since he's been fit he's first choice....
....I agree we may well have made a mistake in letting him go, but equally all the feedback from Plymouth is that Remi Matthews is a very good keeper. We have to give him the opportunity. My worry is who might the reserve keepers be? Can't expect McGovern to stay on as he's hardly played and whilst he may accept being number 2 to Gunn I doubt he will be number 2 to Remi. Do need good back up though as we've been lucky with injuries in that position this season. Remember Remi only went to Plymouth initially as they had 4 previous keepers injured!
