I've been (as a tourist). It was fine....

....to be honest if you like history its possibly the most interesting place in the world you could go to for a holiday. But....I did the tourist stuff in a decent hotel and only saw all the blocks of flats from distance. I went to the 2006 World Cup in Germany and it was a great experience, but would I go to Russia....no. Far too risky....
