Difficult one with Murphy innit

There is some real talent there and on his day he’s unplayable. On some days he’s pretty much our main threat and so you think he will be a big miss.

But how long can you wit for someone to improve their decision making before you conclude that it may never happen? Are you better getting someone in who is not quite so brilliant on their day but is more consistent and delivers more often.

I don’t know the answer other than it needs to be for good money if he is to go.
