Lambert had more experience than Hughton, so not sure you can claim him

I agree with the historic managers, but if we look over the past 10 years or so, and class experience as managers with over 100 games managed:

Worthington:
Reasonable experience, successful with Norwich

Peter Grant:
No experience: failure

Glenn Roeder:
Experienced: failure

Bryan Gunn:
No experience: failure

Paul Lambert:
Experienced: success

Chris Hughton:
Experienced: ok

Neil Adams:
No experience: failure

Alex Neil:
Pretty inexperienced: fairly successful

Daniel Farke:
Inexperienced: Not successful ..... yet

So of the inexperienced managers only Neil has been successful. We have gone out there for Gunn, Adams and Grant in that time and all of them failed.

Of the experienced managers, it has been a mixed bag but more success than the inexperienced managers have been.
