Farke - could be doing a lot better with the squad he has. He shows no sign of understanding what it takes to get promotion from the Championship.

Webber - it was daft to go the season with so few striker options and players have been signed in positions not needed.

Between them they have wasted what should have been a great chance to have a go at promotion this season.
