Mea culpa, I was really unfair in my criticism below. It's me who needs to think before I speak, not him. And that's why I'm just a gobs**te on the internet... and he's Sporting Director of Norwich City.

Nothing fundamentally wrong in what he says at all. He's just taking a sunny side up approach - as anyone in his position should - and calling for patience.
