and is surely something you need to get right to play a possession based style well. Otherwise you'll very rarely end up winning the ball high up the pitch, where you can be dangerous.

The fact Farke hasn't sorted this out yet suggests he and his staff can't do it. So perhaps would be sensible for him to appoint a coach in the summer to specifically drill this into the players.
