This is a nightmare day...Knackered

Went through a bottle of Jamesons last night as I had a friend over from Munich and stayed up all night so I've had no sleep, got to 6am and thought I may as well stay up. Ropey. ugh. Any tips...what's the best legal drug to buy...Pro Plus?
