Of course, your mileage may vary.
Big hugs. This too will pass - it always does but it never seems like it at the time.
I find getting out for a walk lifts my mood - catch being that when I'm really bad I can't really get out of bed let alone out of the house. Saneline, Samaritans, MIND etc are all available too - I find those depend on who picks up the phone so if one isn't working out feel free to end the call and try a different number.
One of the more important conversations to have is with your GP, of course.
