we should gain a good idea of whether there's real potential there or not. It's the best time to try and bed him in, rather than when Norwich actually have something to play for.

It's difficult to take much from yesterday as Reading were woeful, playing a ridiculously disorganised high line with little pressure from other players who should have been pressing much harder. Even if Srbeny had scored I would have said the same.
