Ireland one was certainly crossing the boundary - hence the absolute silence when he said it. You can tell on the video that he realises he has gone too far immediately.

The Wales comment could even be taking as grudging respect - a country of 3 million destroying his team - but the Ireland remark is certainly not.

Having said this, his players will secretly love him for it. He has picked a bad way to express his dislike for two of the big rivals of his current team but the message will be understood.
