had a different coding. Had to do so many forms, make sure you're up to no good. Problem of course with the DCI checks was it locked you out so when you actually had someone who for whatever reason was system protected, you couldn't actually help them. Would take days and days to get someone who was authorized to view it and call back. Think that was all up in Newcastle where we sent the call back requests for them
