At this point I should add....
...by propaganda I don't mean that the statements are untrue, just that it is partial information with no context designed to encourage a single belief which is that "Russia.Is.Bad". Should they succeed in that which they will, what is the point? What is it they want to achieve with that? Do they think Russia will change behaviour when they realise that people might think they are rotters?
The only connection in all the listed events is that Russia doesn't play by our rules (which we probably don't either but Russia doesn't bother hiding it).
