For once, Proth, I entirely agree with you! Mind you, from what I understand, this chap

is not your average Russian MP. He is particularly mental and from what I gathered (before this outburst), he is sort of used to spout his mental ideas whilst being kind of kept at arm's distance by the party. He's not really taken very seriously. I get the feeling that he is often sent out to shout extreme opinions to gauge the reaction before the party decides its official strategy / response to situations.
