The decision to sell Jerome and keep Nelson looking really poor

Not only has Nelson got no real competition, he's also got a poor attitude. Even today he was trying wild shots that were nowhere near the goal.

Our attacking play would be greatly improved by having a striker who could at least keep hold of the ball for more than 5 seconds. And win a header with a centre back once in a while.
